   Our journey together will begin with you telling me about your home and everything that is special about it.  We will then call in a team of experts to help your home shine including, if needed, a home staging expert, a professional photographer to give your home its best possible appearance on-line and in print. I will place your home not only in the local MLS, as all Realtors are required to do but, in local print ads or mailers, in the various home search websites, Social Media outlets and the many private Realtor sites that I belong to, providing your home with the most exposure possible to a wide range of Buyers.  In order, to give your home added personal attention I will be sharing your home with not only local Realtors at our weekly association meetings, but, with the agents I have met as a Director with the State of Florida Realtor Association, private networking events, and with your permission, offer your home in a private Realtor open house along with opening your home to the public twice per month, until it is sold.
